COVID-19 Safety Plan for Birds of a Feather B&B
Wear a mask and practice social distancing
Staff and Guests agree to:
- Wear a mask or face covering when interacting in person
- Maintain 2 meters / 6 feet of distance from one another and other guests not in your bubble at all times
- Guests must wash hands upon entering their accommodations and / or after touching common areas
Wash your hands regularly
Be sure to wash your hands often, especially if you’re in contact with people outside your reservation and are touching surfaces and utensils in the lobby. There are no common areas here at Birds of a Feather. Each condo unit is its own self-contained unit.
- Wash your hands properly with soap and water for at least 20 seconds
- If soap and water are not readily available, use a hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol; cover your hands and rub them together until they feel dry
Maintain distance and wear a mask in the Lobby
When you are in the lobby wear a mask and maintain distance from anyone who's not part of your reservation at all times in accordance with the COVID-19 safety practices (at least 6 feet or 2 meters). Staff will avoid physical contact with guests and provide a no-contact check-in.
Air Circulation & Sanitization
- The property has in-floor heating. There is no forced air heating, or air conditioning
- We clean and sanitize the lobby as frequently as possible

Don’t travel if you’ve recently been exposed to or have symptoms of COVID-19
To protect the health and safety of our community, it is our policy that staff will not enter the suites, or interact with our guests, and guests should not check in here if any of the following are true:
- You are actively infected or have tested positive with COVID-19 in the past 30 days
- You suspect you are sick or have been exposed and are awaiting test results to confirm or deny a diagnosis of COVID-19
- You are showing symptoms or are concerned about possible infection of COVID-19
- You’ve had close, sustained contact with an individual confirmed or suspected to be infected with COVID-19, within the last 14 days
