Option 1 - B&B plus grounds

MUST book all 3 suites and our budget room whether used or not so only your group (max 12) and ourselves are on the property

Additional people $35 per person with a limit of 40 total visiting guests; will consider small deviations on this on a case by case basis.

Look after your own food (no we don't offer a kitchen), or use a catering service such as Truffles who have previous done a wonderful job here

Arrange and pay for delivery / pick up of tables and chairs rental through a service such as Perdersen's who has also previously done this well here

Arrange and pay for a tent rental if you are concerned about weather - knock on wood that's never happened yet :)
- Understand we are not here to set up, clean up, organize or manage / assist with any aspect of this. You are paying us for permission to use our space. Nothing more.
Option 2 - Exclusivity of our main kitchen and fridge, main dining room, sunroom, and ground floor bathroom Plus the B&B and the grounds
- $5,700.00 + taxes, plus
- all items noted in Option 1 except paragraph 7 modified as below
- our staff to help with keeping the place tidy for your event (garbage, food waste), and ongoing kitchen cleanup

We are located at the dead end of Portsmouth and have a boat ramp alongside of us. There is lots of free parking and with a bit of short car shuttling there more parking nearby.
