We needed a place to go during the pandemic when we couldn't be in our own home + couldn't cross the border to stay with family. We found this B&B as a local-to-us BC place that solved those heavy problems and had shown great generosity to health care workers when they needed to isolate. It was a complete joy to stay close to this perfect room for a week and take care of ourselves in a place where the owners had so kindly taken care of others. We will come back one day to enjoy the hot tub and breakfast. To others, know that the view, closeness of the beach and woods + blackberries, and bird observing are solitary, pandemic-friendly pleasures that can be safely and joyfully indulged in a good week w/out boredom.
