Great quiet location & view! Excellent hiking in the aera - be sure to go to Sooke Potholes & East Sooke Park (Ocean trail has great view but difficult scrambling for older bones!) My chosen cafe at Mechosin is short 10 min drive. Stickleback Café at Sooke (well before actually) is good & on the water. If you need better Internet, lobby on main floor better. Thanks.
