My 5-year old son and I only got to stay 2 full days , but it was enough time to canoe and paddle-boat around the lagoon, play in the stream, watch the birds, visit Fisgard Lighthouse and Fort Rodd Hill, go on a whale watching boat tour, visit 2 castles (Craigdarroch and Hatley) eat some good food, have breakfast with interesting folks from around the continent and get to know Dieter a little. Christopher met some kids his age. We had some beautiful sunny weather (and a little rain). It was a magical time, and we wish we could have stayed longer. Next time we will.
