We took full advantage of all the toys which are available on the premises. We had fabulous weather on Wednesday so we kayaked in the morning and biked in the afternoon. We had an awesome Salmon Quiche and sat and chatted with the lovely couple from England. Last night we headed for Pablo's Manson for dinner as is described in the treasure of British Columbia book however, we embarked on a quite another experience only to find the Restaurant Niche. This place treated every piece of presentation as a work of art, (and charged accordingly) from the Menu, to the Roasted Tomato soup served in a shot glass, to the Eggplant and White Bean spread served with the bread, to the ridicoulously large paper towels in the bathroom, this place was over the top. Not the friendly, enjoyable experience we that we were expecting or had grown accustom to staying at Birds of a Feather Bed and Breakfast. The restaurant is something we recommend, but prepare as if you are going to an Art Gallery. Thanks so much for a great stay.
