"Give us permanent residence in the honeymoon suite and we would be closer to heaven. The view is breathtaking whether cloudy or sunny, and Dieter your hospitality is overwhelmingly warm; tis a shame we could not have breakfast with Annette. And Emily and Montgomery are wonderful to see before taking a seat at the table, they are truly a blessing. Our experience with Birds of a Feather makes us virgins no more to Canada, British Columbia, Victoria. Your attitude and home has shown us there is a world of like-minded people outside the neighborhood were we live. For the accommodations and the communications we thank you! "

"My recent stay at Birds of a Feather was a great experience. As a new student to Royal Roads University I found the location to the campus very convenient. The suite is well designed with an incredible view and all the amenities I needed. The weather created some challenges with lots of snow and a power outage. Dieter and Annette were excellent hosts providing everything I needed including flashlights! I recommend the Birds of a Feather for a long term stay for studies or for a short term stay for vacationing "

"Thank you for sharing your beautiful part of the world with us! And for making it even more lovely with the fantastic huge pots of flowers on the decks - the decks are a special part of the ambience - the Kingfisher performed for us - the male swan showed us his version of the art of paternal protection of his young and the full moon and beautiful sunrises were much enjoyed. What fun that the 3 units so nicely accommodated our "sibling" get together - our two brothers and wives and the two of us. Good luck to you!! "

"A whole day and 2 nights to enjoy this beautiful B&B. We stayed here most of the day enjoying the deck and scenery, the flowers, and just relaxing a bit before returning back home. The “shower” standing in the rain was a neat experience. Everything is made for the guests’ comfort and we enjoyed it all. Yes we did stay in the honeymoon suite celebrating almost our 50th anniversary. Thank you for everything. Wish we could return often but distance makes that a bit of a problem. "

"Your B&B is superb! The location, the room, the view are all spectacular! We loved our canoe excursion across the lagoon and to the Lighthouse and Fort. It was an adventure to paddle further up the bay to the Six Mile Pub for a wonderful lunch-Thank you for the suggestion! We loved the room and accommodations and the hospitality!
